Band Bio

The Renegades are an all-local dance band from Ventura, California, featuring a fat three-piece horn section. Formed in the summer of 2015 by saxophonist and leader Cameron Melendez, The Renegades have been sharing their unique brand of high energy dance music to Ventura County for nearly 10 years. They bring to life classic pop, funk, and R&B from the 60's, 70's, and 80's, as well as today's hits, with hits from artists like Earth, Wind, & Fire, Stevie Wonder, KC & the Sunshine Band, Bruno Mars, and many more!
